Peter

Peter works as a research scientist at NUI Galway specialising in microscopy. A passion for mountaineering  has led him to travel to many  remote locations across the globe, with 20 years plus experience in the sport. He has a love of travel to the worlds wilder places which has naturally led him into the world of offshore cruising. He has sailed to the Faroes, undertaken a year’s Atlantic circuit , sailed to and from Galicia and taken Danú into the Artic circle on a trip to Lofoten  combining some exciting  sailing  with rock climbing .
