Mishaps and weather

We arrive back from the Picos and move to explore the delights of La Coruna from the city marina. Expensive at e55 per night, so we just spend two nights here. A great city to explore.
Ruairí buys a skateboard which emulates surfing apparently - its a bargain (not) at e190!! But he pays for it himself and has dreams of pro surfing so what can ya do. We admire his ambition - watch this space. Have some cool video to show you but gotta work on the video section of this website!
On the second day we hire electric scooters, against my better judgement, unfortunately just as we head back Lilian has an accident. It was great fun and a great way to see the city. Below is the 'before'!
She has a lot of wounds on her legs and arms, initially I bandage and dress the wounds, but after 48 hours we decide to bring her to the clinic. She is currently an outpatient at Camerinas for a week so we staying put. This has coincided with some gales anyhow (now heading for Ireland). Lots of reading, movies, writing, web stuff and get a good start on the maths!
That does look sore. Glad she's mended! Oisin cut his head on the rusty anchor at sailing club and ended up with a bit of glue on it! Mended now.
No problem... she fixed up now and back on the bike (manual thou)..No more electric vehicles!
